“I have been actively exercising for over 20 years and have been a member of several gyms over the years. Erik and The Quad have been the best for me by far. i attend 4 – 6 times a week and have never had a bad experience. Erik is a great coach and trainer and has the innate ability to motivate you to get better at all your goals. Because of him, I’m in the best shape of my life.”

“I have worked with coach Erik for 5 years. He teaches the correct way to get fit. No fads, no sloppy forms just the correct way to deadlift, hang clean, sit up, and crawl. Whatever you do on your fitness journey, coach Erik makes sure you do I correctly and safely. His workouts are challenging yet so much fun. He will push you and surprise you when you achieve a goal you thought was beyond your limits. The gym is a place I go to not only to have fun but to be myself. The members are family. We grunt, swear and sweat together. We are genuinely happy with each PR achieved by anyone. We work as a team, every workout. It is a place where friends achieve great things together. Come and give us a try. You have nothing to lose and so many friends to gain.”

“Our daily group training class runs on the innovative and expert leadership of our trainer Erik and on the great comradery of the group. Although we have been together for years we are always learning new skills and progressing. At the age of 70 I still achieve personal bests! Erik plans unique and challenging sessions that are a blast and get results. The Quad gym has all the facilities needed to support all-around exercises. At the Quad with Erik’s help you will find you can do more than you may have expected and have fun doing it.”

“I joined The Quad several months because I wanted to continue my crossfit training. My goals were simple: maintain my health and improve my skill and endurance. An unexpected side benefit is that I’m having fun. I had been training in other gyms for several years and noticed improvements but the consistent day-to-day workouts and the variety of the workouts are helping me recover faster and become more resilient. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle as well. My BMI went from 37% to 26% in less than 6 months. I work out with my husband and the other members of the gym who have become good friends. After workouts, we spend our time talking about how to improve our nutrition, and recovery strategies and sometimes we watch some of the crossfit competitions. If you are looking for a solid workout that brings results and would like to hang out with some great people, The Quad is well-managed and the staff is caring. My husband and I are in our 70s and plan to keep doing crossfit at The Quad long into the future.”
