Monday-Friday 3:00-4:00pm

This daily class offers both in-person and online experiences. A great option for members that have a home gym but also love working with a coach and other members.

Fitness Over 40 Bootcamp
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm
Saturday 9:00-10:30am

The Fitness Over 40 Bootcamp is all about helping people improve their functional fitness and have fun while doing it! We have two weekly meeting times where we workout together at the gym. Our bootcamp is led by our lead trainer, Erik, who will coordinate various workouts each week.
